Dr. Aisha Johnson Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Outreach at Georgia Institute of Technology Library, is a revelator of Southern library history, information access, and literacy. Formerly MLS Program Director for the School of Library and Information Sciences (LIS) at North Carolina Central University, continuing as adjunct, she stands on her commitment to enhancing LIS through service, practice, and curriculum to produce librarians and archivists who become scholar-practitioners and leaders.

In this episode, we examine community and leadership as it pertains to classroom management with Dr. Cheryl Blankman. Dr. Blankman is a former director of student services, and a Nationally Certified school psychologist. Currently, she serves as an adjunct professor for Ramapo College of New Jersey where she teaches in the Master of Arts in Special Education Program. Along with teaching and providing professional learning, Blankman works directly with schools and districts to develop, implement, and strengthen high quality, inclusive educational systems and programs by connecting research and practice.
